A chemical engineer by degree, he has 46 years of experience in fertilizer plant design and engineering, basic and detailed engineering, construction, project management, commissioning and start-up, and production and start-up management.

- Solid experience in production:Plant production management, implementation of quality systems, financial budget, incorporation of environmental standards, maintenance planning, strategic planning, contract negotiation, industrial implementation management.
